Jocelyn Davies: I welcome Members and officials; I do not think that there is anyone in the public gallery. I will make the usual announcements. Headsets are available. Translation is available on channel 1, and amplification of the sound is available on channel 0. Please check that your electronic devices are switched off, because they interfere with the electronic equipment. No alarm test has been planned for this morning; so, if you do hear an alarm, it will be an emergency, and the ushers will direct us to the nearest safe exit.

 

 

Do we agree the minutes of the previous meeting? It was not on the agenda, but I see that we have the minutes.

 

 

Mr Jackson: It is covered by the papers to note.

 

 

Jocelyn Davies: We will therefore do that when we note the papers later.

Procedural Motion

 

 

Jocelyn Davies: In order to allow the committee to consider the key issues emerging from its scrutiny of the Welsh Government supplementary budget, and to consider arrangements for our forward work programme, I move that

 

 

the committee resolves to exclude the press and public from the remainder of the meeting, in accordance with Standing Order No. 17.42(vi).

 

 

I see that the committee is in agreement.
